HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT USE IT!

This company is a joke. In a fliers and on their website they advertise one price but when you come actually to ship your package the price suddenly changes. In addition, their scales are incorrect for about 2 lb. When I mentioned all these "inaccuracies" to a woman who worked there she only smiled at me. I was talking to her when one man (later I discovered that it was the owner of the company) approached me and started yelling at me, saying that if I want to ship I have to accept the prices that they say and if I don't like it I should get away. I was trying to avoid a conflict staying polite but he kept yelling trying to intimidate me by getting closer and closer and trying to get me out of the office before other clients realize that this company is fooling them. I have never experienced such a rude attitude toward me. DON'T USE THE SERVICE OF THESE CROOKS!

Would not recommend anybody to use this company! Very rood people, I had very bad experience with them.

very unhappy!!!

Used this co for long time. Everything was ok untill they lost one of the packages(with expensive goods inside) I was shipping. Very unpolite, not professional customer service representatives did not even tried to help. They refused to locate in their database ref number to help locate the shipment. They refused to reimburse the cost of goods and shipment fee, saying they need original receipt. I could not find receipt at home, because package was shipped more than 6 months ago and all this time they were playing games that it was shipped via the sea instead of airplain... I paid for the air shipment, by the way. All this time I was waiting hoping they will take care of this problem! Good company is the one who takes care of the clients and try to resolve problems! Very unhappy with them. Never will use them, they do not take care of clients and act like third world country company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY!

Fast Delivery, Awsome Service

The thing I love about this company is that you can pick up boxes for shipping all around Glendale and once your ready to ship, all you need to do is call them up and within a day or two they come and pick it up for FREE.
